At Reveal KBeauty Medspa, we are committed to providing high-quality treatments and products to help you achieve your skincare goals. Please review our refund policy below:

Retail Products: All retail product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare or beauty products once they have been purchased.

Packages & Treatments: All service packages and individual treatments are non-refundable. Packages cannot be transferred or shared.

Appointments & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
