Dr. Davé previously served as an Assistant Professor, Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine, and Director of Undergraduate Education at New York University Hospital. She is Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Emergency Medicine. As our Medical Director, Dr. Davé is dedicated to integrating her medical expertise with aesthetic care, emphasizing a holistic approach to beauty and wellness.

With over 15 years of healthcare experience, Lauren is a board-certified aesthetic nurse injector who has dedicated her career to the art and science of aesthetics. She holds dual undergraduate degrees—Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bloomfield College—as well as Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from William Paterson University.
From a young age, Lauren has been captivated by beauty, particularly Korean skincare and makeup. This lifelong passion shapes her aesthetic philosophy, blending innovative techniques with a deep understanding of facial harmony.
Lauren is highly trained in a wide range of aesthetic treatments and holds numerous advanced certifications.
