Consultations & Deposits
- A $100 consultation fee is required to reserve your consultation. This fee may be applied toward any treatment purchased on the same day. If no treatment is booked, the fee will serve as a consultation charge.
- A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for individual treatments.
- For signature packages, full payment is required prior to booking your appointment. This ensures that we can thoughtfully prepare and plan your treatments to achieve the best possible results.
Refund Policy
- Treatment packages are non-refundable, whether partially used or unused.
- Payments made toward treatments or packages cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned, whether used or unused.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.
- We understand that life happens. As a courtesy, we allow one last-minute emergency cancellation per patient per calendar year.
- Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a $100 fee.
